Great help from Phuti at FNB

It’s so refreshing to get great service from FNB as this is not the norm. I’m usually always sent from pillar to post. I spoke to a very helpful gentleman named Phuti today. I was actually about to come write a complaint, when I got a call from him. My query was not something he could resolve but he went out of his way to ensure that it was sent to the correct department. Phuti was so helpful and prompt. People like him are exactly why we still hold onto the hope and stay with FNB. Thank you Phuti
