Great friendly service in the bank hall

Went to FNB Greenstone on a Saturday morning. We needed an old stokvel closed and a new electronic Stokvel account opened for our toastmasters club. A really smart friendly lady walked the 3 of us through everything step by step. She was brilliant, knowing exactly what to do and walking us through the whole process. I wish I could remember the ladies name. I waited to long and have forgotten it.
