Great example of productive customer service
What an absolute pleasure speaking to Nonhlanhla Mabuza on the phone, she was very helpful and informed me of information that I did not know. Really appreciate her sufficient and efficient service. Well Done for keeping the standard of FNB customer service on a level of excellence.
