Great Customer service to Shahistha from FNB Port Shepstone!

I had a bad experience with card deliveries to FNB Oribi Plaza branch in Port Shepstone. I was initially dealing with what they call "OUTSIDE BANKERS" who gave me a rather ****py service when it came to my Business banking.

The Business accounts manager in this branch was unable to provide me with answers, which I feel rather concerning. I had received an SMS on the 18th November stating my card was in the branch (of which an account had been opened on the 4th November) but the card was not there.

Nevertheless, I was handed over to Shahistha, a consultant in this branch who was able to calm my rage down. She advised on the fault, took my details and said she would be in contact with me. a few days later she called me and made arrangements to collect my card, I was unable to meet her at the given time so she allocated one of her colleagues Shiro a pleasant consultant to assist me when I was available.

I received my card thanks to Shahistha, I am a difficult person to deal with in general as I am very pedantic, Thank you for your great service. The branch definitely needs more consultants like you and your colleague Shiro. Keep up the good work.
