Great customer service and service with a smile

As i walked into the branch i was greeted by a staff a member. What surprised me about this was the attitude of the individual that assisted me. Even though she could see that i was frustrated with the Eskom and there load shedding, she still took the time to assist me and point me the right direction. She also noted that there Branch was opening earlier to accommodate all the people effected by the load shedding crisis. Thumbs up FNB, YOU have helped me to regain faith in service levels in South Africa.
