Great customer service and Going the Extra-mile

I went to FNB at Birch-Acres Mall in Tembisa 2 weeks ago asking for help in doing some changes on our club account and only to find out that FNB doesn't do club accounts on Weekends but that did not stop Ntomboxolo-M.Tunyiswa from helping us. She was so professional, understanding and she had empathy. Most companies don't do this but Ntombi made sure that even if they couldn't help us on that day, someone was going to help us when we came back. She was able to answer all our questions in a professional manner, if she was not sure about the answer she did not say "i don't know" she said "let me find out for you and i will come back just now." and she did. Just want to say Ntomboxolo is the person that FBN should keep as she knows what she is doing and sure does understand what customer service is and with that being said, thank you FNB by providing not only a worker to assist because its their job but having someone who says "i am here to help you" and actually mean it and do it. Thank you Ntombi.
