GREAT customer service and follow up!
Their was a misunderstanding regarding the delivery of my Credit card and I must say after I complained FNB has gone out of their way to accommodate me, especially the FNB Somerset West branch! This commitment to customer service was the reason I joined FNB and will keep telling everyone of the great service I receive from you! Thank you for your great customer service!
