Great Customer Service!!

I went into my branch (Odendaalsrus Free State) on 7 January 2020 at round about 09:15 to be assisted with the filling out of some forms that needed to be sent to FNB Housing Finance for processing.

I was assisted by an consultant by the name of Mabaso, Olga Moleboheng. She was very professional and patient as well as very helpful to me. I really feel that other consultants can learn from her when it comes to customer relations
