Great customer service

If you want to receive great customer service. One needs to visit FNB branch in Klerksdorp(Flamwood). Upon arriving, I was greeted by a cheerful host and immediately I was directed to the relevant department. Few seconds after taking my seat. I was approached by a jovial lady Venessa who shared a joke with me. She totally jump started my day. Few seconds later I was finally served by another friendly lady by the name of Octaviah. My experience was immediately reminded by one of Beyoncé's rendition, "Who Runs the World - Girls" Thank you team FNB for making my day.
