Great customer service

<p>I would like to thank Pogiso Moeketsane from telephone banking for the great service he provided. I called and was put through from pillar to post. Given numbers for the different departments, to no avail. I called back and eventually spoke to Pogiso Moeketsane who managed to assist me timeously. </p>
