Great Customer Service

I would like to send a comment about a floor assistance at FNB Branston Branch, what a pleasure it was to be assisted by that African lady (i didnt get her name) who welcomes and direct customers to the relevant person whom should assist them. She helped me with a smile, I can imagine how painful it is to stand the whole day and still show enthusiasm for your job, I was simple requesting for a statement, I think we went from one point to another trying to print it but we finally did and she never lost her cool, remained calm and at time she will pick up a pace as if she is timed or there are cameras watching over her , she is an asset in that branch. Nothing pleasing that receiving a proper service any where. and by the way as i was still waiting for the statement I also happen to see a branch manager whom also was on her toes, assisting customers directly herself, those guys knows what they doing there, to serve and they do it so well.
