Great Customer Service
I have decided that in 2016 I will report great customer service to Hellopeter and not use Hellopeter as merely a forum to complain. <br> <br> I experienced a problem with my online banking app and Marek reference number RS*** assisted me in such a friendly and professional manner and I would just like to thank him for the manner in which he assisted me.<br> <br> I hope FNB and many other institutions appreciate those individuals that actually understand the importance of great customer service.<br> <br> Thank you.<br> <br>
