Great Customer Service
In my last Hello Peter report, I was a very disappointed customer and was almost ready to move to another bank. I am pleased to report that FNB reviewed the home loan interest rate on my application and I was pleased to accept the revised quote. Tarryn Spadoni was very efficient, polite and kept me informed throughout the process. She completely changed my experience with FNB Homeloans, from that of a disappointed customer to a DELIGHTED customer.<br> <br> Thanks Tarryn, keep up the Good Work! <br> <br>
