Great customer experience

I am a new FNB member and i am totally impressed by the level of treatment i received by their staff members in general. I was particulalry assisted by Xoli Msimang from Gateway mall. We went through soooo many technical glitches but she persisted and made sure i left as the most satisfied customer of the day. As busy as she was, she treated me like i was the only customer. I am much happier this festive season because she made it worthwhile....huggs and kisses Xoli. I hope your seniors will extend a hand of thank you on my behalf!
