Great customar services

I had to open a new bank account as identity ***** took place where my bank account was used. I went to FNB Mall@Carnival and I was assisted by Mrs Sarah Tlhasi. I am sure this was the best experience I ever had inside a bank branch. Sarah made me feel comfortable and sympathised with my situation. She talked to me as if we were long time friends. The professionalism and friendliness from Sarah is highly appreciated. I wish more people in the customar service industry can be like her. Thank you Sarah for being there.
