Great Brand, not the best technology!

I really like the bank and there brand but when It comes to technology they seem to be slightly behind the market trends with regard to agility and responsiveness on technical issues, really frustrating experience with both increasing my electricity buying limit and my monthly payment limits on my devices, its been months of asking!!!, if I compare it to some of the new fintech banks entering this space its a bit ancient.....
