Great branch staff

After very poor service from the FNB Customer Care call center. Worst service we had in 50 years! The following 2 ladies, Tshepiso Motene & Mildred Ncanyane from the Westgate Branch went out of their way to assist us.

FNB needs more staff like them especially in the Customer Care department who could not assist.
