Great bank, going the extra mile

I've been banking with FNB for about 5 years or so, maybe more. Every time I need something done, it's done promptly and efficiently with professionalism. I recently had a problem not getting a card delivered, but after I complained, this was resolved fine. Everything just seems to run well, bank staff are helpful and courteous and call centre staff actually get back to you or simply get what needs to be done, done. I'll stay a FNB customer as long as they keep up their great service.
