Great bank but the Gandhi square branch is not so great

FNB Gandhi square branch. The customer service at the branch is terrible. I've been there twice in the past month and every time there's no at the door to assist. The floor is dirty because the tiles are old and the chair marks make it look worse.

Yesterday I needed to close an account and there were three customers ahead of me. There were four consultants at the branch and only one lady was working. The other three were more concerned about temp cards and how many they had.

I finally got assisted by a guy called Jabulani who couldn't help and he put me on the phone with a consultant and it got sorted out.

I'm not sure what is the purpose of that branch is because the people working there don't seem interested and demotivated and the branch looks forgotten/abundant.

My problem is sorted but something needs to change there.
