Great attitude and service

I went to FNB to open a new account because a friend and a cousin of mine recommended FNB and I met this lady called Xoliseka , very welcoming, smiling , helpful when I told her that I am there to open an new account but i have absolutely no idea which one I want. Xoli asked me few questions and she was , " this is would be the best plan to suit your needs. I was watching her while explaining to me, she looked very presentable, professional and I could actually see the passion in what she is doing, as a result it felt like she is someone i have always known. She made me confident that i am making the right decision. My son as well has been bugging me always to open FNB but i was unsure but to get there and listen to Xoli she settled my doubts. She is a definite asset in that branch, i remember when i was there it was after 3pm already but she was patient didn't rush me just because she is in hurry to get home. Its always pleasing to see people who love their jobs like that.
