Great attitude

I went to FNB Hyde Park Branch this morning , after making countless call from last Thursday till today to you the FNB call centre , no one was prepared to help all they did was to transfer me from 1 department to the next... I decided to take my query to the branch and this lovely young man made my Monday morning he solved my query with a smile in 5 minutes. He has restored my faith with FNB. Keep it up you are a rare gem. thank you very much for making my day.
