Great attitude
This morning I visited FNB to print my statement. I became quite irate while being put through the security checks by the teller. She handelled the situation very well. When I asked to see the manager, he approached me promptly, taking me by surprise , and took me to the online banking facility, where he courteously showed me that I could print my statement . Well done sir, well done FNB.
