Antonio Perreira Fnb Century City 5 Star service! I have been battling for months trying to get a closure letter as my bank account was closed Mar 2020 and could not be authenticated online. I was not going to go and risk standing in a queue at the bank. I lodged a complaint on the FNB website as that's the only way you get some real assistance from any business.. The consultant was efficient and friendly and kept his word when giving me a time-line. I got the closure letter much quicker than I anticipated.Thanks Antonio Perreira, your compnay should be lucky to have you!
