I met Diana Mosimo at FNB Boulders branch Midrand. The lady was very professional and helpful. She assisted me by providing me all the information that I needed as I did not have all the necessary documents at hand at the time. She further advised me to book tickets (priority tickets/branch visits) online or via FNB app in which I didn't know I could do. FNB team can learn a lot from her regarding customer assistance/service
