I would like to compliment fnb on their app. I have not stepped foot in one of your branches in a long time. Thank you for the great service. You only got 4 stars due to connect. I have had issues more than once, and I can see it happening again due to human error. Please can you add a self cancellation option on the app. So once any contract is up, all we have to do is click a button. But the rest is fantastic
