Great and EXCEPTIONAL service received...

Yesterday around 16:00 I visited FNB, Lochlogan branch in Bloemfontein for some maintenance on my account and I was assisted by "Nomsa". Patient, talkative, funny consultant indeed, I even forgot I had problems. What I'm trying to say is that, her service was EXCEPTIONAL even tried so hard to speak my language, Xhosa which I found mind blowing LOL...

Indeed such consultants needs to be commendable and are worthy to be kept.

To Nomsa, thank you so very much for the great service, I know at times we might come to your branch frustrated, etc but with your calm personality and patience more and more people like me will rather come to your branch when a need arise. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!
