Gratitude towards Xoliswa Mangali

I would like to extends my gratitude to the help i received from Xoliswa Mangali at FNB EYETHU MALL in orange farm. I visted the branch on the 12/09/2022 without hope that i would be assisted in regards with my FNB account because on the 10/09/2022 I was in bedford centre branch and they couldn't assist me. She was unsure of how to help me but then I am grateful not to be returned back instead she liase with her colleagues in making sure that my issues were resolved. I liked her patience and respect projected towards me . Her smile and constantly apologising for the delay. Thank you!!
