Grate customer service

I would like to applau FNB Queenstown branch for their excellent services. I visited the bank beginning of August, at the time that our people were receiving their social grants. You can imagine those cues during the lockdown. The FNB staff in Queenstown branch were very swift in attending to clients and assuring that social distancing were followed at all times. I went there to open my business account and in no time I received assistance from a very smart and polite person, Landi. She did more than customer service, I enjoyed the services and still do. Thank you so much for assuring that we receive more than we have bargained for.
