I would like to give a BIG shout out to Grant Wray of the Private Wealth Suite who has been with me through thick and thin. It does not take Grant long to respond either on mail or WhatsApp. Grant kindly facilitated my Structured Loan when after many years of being debt free I decided to purchase another property. His guidance was invaluable. 5 years down I am almost paid up. Let year in February I ordered Mauritian Rupee to be delivered to Cresta FNB. Went in to collect only to find that the foreign exchange lady had no rupee and told me I could go and collect from several branches to make up the amount ordered. One call to Grant and within 1 hour a courier was at my gate to deliver. My most recent interaction with FNB Fiduciary and my Mom's estate has resulted in a complete breakdown in communication from the agent working on Mom's estate.
