grabbing any money that comes in despite a contract stating otherwise- one sided relationship?
<p>I just received funds into my account which are for my son. FNB student loan department have taken the majority of it against my loan. I have complained about this before and obviously no one is listening or at least acting. My agreement with them is to pay them on the 25th not when any random money comes in so that they don't miss out ( not that they ever had of course). would it be ok if I dont stick to my contract and pay them whenever ? I don't think so!</p>
