Graaff Reinet Branch - Excellent Service yet AGAIN!!!

Two ladies at the FNB Branch in Graaff Reinet need to be compliment once again for their extraordinary dedication and professionalism. It has taken them 3 weeks to resolve a really complex matter. Despite having to navigate delaying call-center hoops and reams of printed papers, they never once appeared to be frustrated or angry. I commend them for their service.
