Got some good consultants

So after losing it on this platform about the **** service gotten from FNB building insurance, having to make a plan to keep my pets away from the blocked drain the whole weekend... They stepped up and I did feel bad for how I went off on the consultant Vusi if I heard it right from the claims department. He really helped alot getting they guys to call me srill in 20min after we spoke, the guys came and fixed the problem in less than an hour. So I have to give it to them im still ****ed offbut the consultant really helped them look a bit better, he really was great and didn't lose his cool and even called back next day asking if all was sorted. If only you could have more consultants like him you would be alot better in the insurance department.

Hope someone gives him feedback because he really did an excellent job
