Got ****med

I bought something online and after I have made the payment I realized it was a ****. Went to the bank they told me to fill the dispute form of which I did sent it back, my money was reversed back into my acc yesterday but today when i woke up the money was deducted again only this time it was R10 more. Called the bank again later on they sent me an email saying they have investigate my case and they have declined my request for a refund. Now please explain to me how is it possible that I am able to reverse my car insurance money but with you guys are telling that you wont be able to as I have even sent all the documents that show that i cancelled the order and this company is a ****....... I just want my money back so i can move to another bank.
