Got reimburshed for over charged banking fees

Two weeks ago i wrote a review complaining about overcharged banking fees and my case was handled by Danny - Manager from the FNB Hillcrest if i am not mistaken, i was regularly provided updates by him and this morning i received a call from him to inform me that the money is paid back to my account.

I am thankful of the quick response and i am now a happy client.
