Got Debited while under debt review

FNB this year they really failing me, I got debited for a loan that is currently under debt review and I need those funds to pay my home loan which is also from fnb and now they telling me about 15 days for a refund, then my home loan will reflect as unpaid while waiting for 15 days refund
