Goodbye FNB - You are not loyal

I have been with FNB for 14 years now and for the last 2years I have been trying to get a home loan with no luck. Every time I am given a different reason on why my applications are declined. In 2020 I was told to work on my credit score and settle an account I had, I worked hard and settled the account and my credit score has improved drastically over the last 2 years. I don't have any accounts in arrears, including my vehicle finance account which I have had for the last 4years with FNB (Wesbank) my credit score is rated excellent. Its funny how FNB works, every 2nd day I get calls offering me personal loans and temp loans by FNB and yet they cannot finance property for me. Its about time I move all my FNB accounts to another bank that will listen to me in future. The last person assisting me couldn't even tell me what was the reason for my application to be declined.
