Goodbye FNB
On 20-February-2019, I made a payment into an incorrect account and realised the mistake immediately. I contacted FNB right away. They requested that I completed a reversal form and mail it back to them, which I did right away..
After not receiving any feedback from FNB for a month, I followed up with them this week only to be told today that they were unable to reverse the payment and they suggested that I take it up with the recipient in the small claims court.
Well, FNB, to safe myself that trouble, I will write off that money as well as my dealings with you. I will close my account this week and move over to Capitec like the rest of the country.
Cheers!
