Goodbye FNB

My entire family uses FNB. Our home loan is also with FNB. I will be moving everything over to another bank. I don't care which bank, any bank will be better. All I asked for is a stamped statement. Went to my nearest branch, nope, they don't stamp anymore you need to download the verified/stamped one from you online banking. So did that but the requested dates statement isn't available online. I was then directed to the ATM. Not there either. Chatted to my FNB banker - he is unable to give me a statement. What else is there to do???????
