Good service from Norman, who resolved a problem I had with fnb, regarding a order I made yesterday 11/07/2018, I orded a phone and sim card, but I was called today to say they will deliver two sim card tomorrow, in which its a wrong order, I phoned to cancel the order I was sent from one person to the other, until Norman, decided to resolve my problem, and he did resolved and sort out the wrong order, thank you norman
