Good Service from Jubu the consultant from Eldorado Park FNB extremely bad service from FNB's back office.

My mother has been to the branch for the past 2 days now trying to get assisted with late father's late estate bank account. Money has been transferred in and now that we trying to transfer the funds out of the late estate account we xan not.

Someone in the back off advised that we should wait another 2 days to sort out the account so that the funds can be transferred.

The branch manger is now involved in this matter and the back office staff do not worry about how consultants and clients are treated.

This is sad please help. My mother needs the funds today
