Good service

I would like to thank Thembeka Bushula from Highpoint branch, Awethu you are such a free spirited individual, she was on her way from their ATM area and had assisted another customer, i stopped her on her way to the branch inside, i needed directions on were to catch taxis as im not fami**** with the area, she pointed me to the taxis not far from the branch, she asked if i was banking with FNB and its like she knew i was, and i told her yes i was, from there she asked if i was able to set up my budgets on the App, she explained how it can help me manage my money and be able to save if i use it properly, because i was in a hurry i couldnt wait longer, but what i had in my mind while in that taxi was the humility that Fnb staff have even if you are not asking them about accounts. Thank you Awethu please know that i got home safe and really appreciate that you did not ignore me even when i was not asking anything related to banking, i really appreciate to have met you, keep shining.
