Good Service

I had a problem with my easy account as it was on hold and i did not understand , I called helpdesk at fnb and i was assisted by a lady Irene Maluleke and she was so understanding and had lot of patience and alos took me throgh the app to understand the app , this is the best customer service please keep it up. Irene deserve an award with an increase.
