Good service
Hello. My name is Masego Rooi. Today I opened a bank account, I was assisted by a lady called Thato Makola, am not sure if she's from Mankweng(Turfloop) or Polokwane branch. She is one of the friendly consultants I've ever met, she even introduced me to many fnb services I was not aware of. We need people like Thato in our country, she's was very patient and answered all my questions. I wish all the consultants were like her... Am giving her 100% rate of good service
