Good service at Potchefstroom branch

I want to the branch in Potchefstroom on the 4th October... The lady who attended me was so Pleasant and willing to assist me with everything that I I needed from the bank. She also went out of her way to informing me on services that I was not aware of and explained everything in full detail so that I could also understand. If at the branch they could have the same attitude as the lady that was serving me I'm sure the branch will be buzzing with customers because of that service. Good service should go recognised and awarded. The lady's name is Mamokete may she forever stay pleasant as she is.
