**Feedback on FNB**

I am pleased to share that FNB has resolved the issues I previously had with them. A special thank you goes to Annaline at the Westgate Mall branch for going above and beyond her duties to help me resolve the problem with the FNB app for my son's account.

It's reassuring to know that there are still people who take pride in their work.
