Good service

I was trying to access money from a PayPal account. After having stood in a very long line at the FNB branch on Plein street, and then being given the wrong information when I spoke to a staff member at that branch, I made an appointment to see a consultant the following week. Having arrived at the branch for my appointment I found that it was closed for load shedding.<br> <br> In frustration I went to the branch in the Neelsie as I no longer wanted to deal with the Plein street branch. I wish that I had gone to this branch first. I only waited a few minutes to see a consultant, who corrected the incorrect information that I had been given at the other branch and helped me immediately. After having concluded what needed to be done, the consultant gave me her email address and said that I should contact her if I encountered any problems.<br> <br> The particular consultant that I dealt with was Edlyne, who was efficient, friendly and went out of her way to help me. It was a pleasure dealing with her! All of the staff that I encountered at this branch were polite and friendly.
