I just want to applaud the service I got from Lillian Sithole at FNB Florida branch. My account had been frozen and after being told abruptly by one consultant that it would not be resolved, she took over the conversation and checked my profile, during all this she made sure I was calm by continuously talking to me and in a very cheerful manner.
