Good service

I rarely use this branch but had to buy Forex here for my six week overseas trip. The gent at the entrance of the bank was very helpful with on the ball information. He then shadowed the Forex teller to see that everything went well.<br> On my return to convert my foreign currency back into Rand, the same gent was at the entrance and to my surprise greeted me by my name. The same teller at the foreign exchange desk also greeted me by name. After six weeks these two staff members remembered my name. Amazing.
