Good morning, I would like to lodge a formal complaint against FNB funeral I made a claim against them for a funeral policy I had with FNB so I have received feedback that the claim has been declined due to not being blood relative however when taking the policy out there was no mention of that and also no communication was provided I spoke to the call center on a number of occasions and no1 came back to me I then spoke to Sizwe in the claims department and he promised me to call back and I am still waiting this is very unprofessional and putrid service My name is Maureen Gailey
