Good Manager Service

I have been going into this FNB branch for the past couple of weeks and have had issues with operational procedures and staff attitude and decided to take it up with management today.<br> <br> I was seen to by Vusi and Lesatja and they were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to resolve the issue and took all my issues seriously. It was refreshing to experience such exceptional customer care. <br> <br> Thank you guys.
